Delete Your Account
You can delete your Football Trainer account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what we are required to keep.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself
In the Football Trainer app or on this website:
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Profile.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
- Your email address is anonymized so it no longer identifies you.
- Profile details (name, nickname, avatar) and training progress.
- All active sessions are revoked (you are signed out everywhere).
What is retained
We keep a limited set of records that we are legally required to retain — such as payment and transaction history for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes — for the period required by law, after which they are deleted. These records are not used to identify or contact you after deletion.
Paid subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund an active paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed there — cancel auto-renewal in your store account settings before deleting your account.
